on its facebook page, web site and conference brochure, it was taken one Sunday evening at about 10.30 ish, in July of this year, its a 30 second exposure, lens was a Tamron 10mm -24mm wide angle zoom, about 12mm wide form quite close up to the building, the pic they are using has been tidied up in lightroom3 a bit by me, this was the one from the camera, direct.
